On June 24, 1996 the Southern Negros Coastal Development Program (SNCDP) was established with a goal to preserve, protect and rehabilitate the marine and coastal resources of Southern Negros, to ensure safe and better quality of life of the people residing therein.
About The Council

- The Council was set up by Executive Order. 20 Series of 1996. The council exists as an alliance between the Municipality of Cauayan, the City of Sipalay and the Municipality of Hinoba-an. The 3 member LGU's have declared to jointly coordinate to bring about the vision and mission of the council.
